  • Lease Rates: Starting at $0.90 per square foot

  • Lease Term: Minimum 3-year agreement

  • Electric: Paid by tenant; each unit has separately metered utilities

  • Water: Included, paid by property owner

  • Signage: Dedicated signage space provided for all tenants

  • Parking: Ample on-site parking available for clients, staff, and visitors

  • Maintenance:

    • Exterior & Grounds: Maintained by KerrPlatz

    • Interior Maintenance: Tenant's responsibility, unless otherwise noted in the lease agreement
