Phase 1 of Kerrplatz includes three 9,000-square-foot buildings. The available spaces in each building range from 1800 sq ft to 9000 sq ft.

Spaces are open and ready to be built according to your specs and business needs. Tenant improvement allowances will be provided and are dependent on the size of the space and the terms of the lease.

    • Maintenance: Exterior and grounds covered by Kerr Platz; tenants maintain their interior spaces (unless otherwise defined in the lease)
